With time to market and increasing competitors in the market place, it has been recognised that traditional software development practices are not sufficient to ensure the long term competitiveness.
This recognition has led to a realisation that, in order to remain at the forefront a company in UK, France, Germany, USA must become more agile to address the current threats in the market.

This move towards agile practices is more than just a change of development strategy. It involves a significant change in the mindset, ways of working and solution delivery methods to support a continuous delivery strategy.

It is no longer about a large chunk of functionality being delivered a few times a year. Instead, it is about delivering incremental improvements to the portfolio of products that we provide our customers, ensuring frequent releases of high quality code.

We have created a new product delivery framework to inform and guide the transition process. It provides guidance on how we would like to work and what we need to do to generate the outputs required. As we discover more about our capabilities, we are constantly inspect and adapt our practices. We make changes incrementally; ensuring that we maintain an acceptable level of quality; acheived through a culture of collaboration across the entire value stream.
